Was in the area & needed a quick pick-me-up. Out of the many cafes I tried, this is one of the few that had cheery & welcoming staff :) There were many menu items that sounded solid! I ended up getting the vegan soy vanilla nut latte & my boyfriend was set on the white chocolate latte as soon as he saw it on the menu. Our drinks came out quickly & both were good! Nice balance of espresso to milk/syrup. I believe it's street/metered parking only.

The place has so much character their pastries were delicious and the coffee was very flavorful I would definitely come back again!

The Ugly Mug has won my heart. They won it with their adorable patio. With their whimsical and quaint decor. Their cheerful customer service. Their delicious coffee drinks, snacks, and pastries. With their TV always playing a children's movie, and with Tugboat Mickey Mouse on the wall. Most of all, they won my heart for being a place where I can always go and feel happy and relaxed. When the world is too much, it's nice to know there's someplace where you can sit on a patio, listen to the tinkling of a fountain, sip a coffee, watch the world go by, and feel good.

If you haven't been to the best little coffee shop in Burbank, you're missing out. The Ugly Mug is owned by a lovely local couple who not only care about the community, but also frequently give back to it. There's almost always a line (sometimes out the door) but their delicious coffees and pastries are well worth the wait at this cute and cozy coffee shop. And, bonus, there's plenty too look at while you wait (see pictures). While they don't have any indoor seating, there is abundant outdoor seating. Seriously, if you live or work in the area and haven't been there yet, you need to get yourself over there. You won't regret it.

The Ugly Mug Coffee House is such a lovely and cozy spot with friendly and helpful staff. Walking inside feels like getting a warm hug. While they don't offer indoor seating, there's a lovely outdoor area on the sidewalk. I had heard a lot about their banana latte and wasn't sure what to expect since it was my first time trying banana flavor in coffee. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect balance of sweetness and coffee. The banana flavor was subtle and not overpowering, which I really appreciated. We got the chocolate banana latte and the vanilla banana latte with banana cream cold foam on top with half sweetness. (The cold foam is a must!) If you enjoy banana bread or banana pudding, you'll definitely love this. They also offer a vegan and sugar-free menu for those interested. I highly recommend giving this coffee spot a try--10/10! Stopped by Milas Luxury Gifts next door so we wanted to grab a cappuccino. This is such a unique coffee shop with some cool decorations. Loved the Christmas decorations too. The cappuccino was great and the chocolate croissant was very well balanced with chocolate and it was very fresh. The employees were very friendly and the service was quick.

They have the best coffee I have ever tasted! I got a coffee latte with sugar-free syrup and coconut milk. The coffee was so smooth! The ambience is so cute and decorated for Christmas! They even have a little mailbox to send Santa letters! The staff is very friendly and patient!

Cute coffee shop with small patio seating! The barista was very friendly, I ordered a Dirty Horchata with 3 expresso shots and asked to make it less sweet and it was perfect I treated myself to the almond croissant and my god was it delicious. It was soft, fluffy, and tasted fresh baked. I wish I had ordered two more for my long trip back home will most definitely return.

i was just across the street waiting for someone to finish an appointment and decided to walk over to the Ugly Mug to get some work done. on a Monday morning around 10am, it was packed! the line was long but it moved pretty fast, i loved the Halloween decor inside and it gave the cutest and coziest vibe. the staff was super friendly and once i ordered, i got my order within 2-3 min. i ordered the hazelnut mocha and banana nut muffin. i really enjoyed both but the mocha is def on the sweeter side so beware if you dont enjoy that. there were no tables inside so i headed outside to work with my laptop on one of the tables. definitely noisy with the cars passing by but i put my earphones in and had no issues. cute local coffee shop, i'd return!

Tried this place for the first time this morning and easily found parking in the residential street right by it. We walked over and it was super busy! Packed out front and the line was out the door. The line goes by fast though which is fantastic. There are a good handful of workers making drinks and even two of them were taking turns taking orders which was really efficient. Love the cute cottagecore vibes and vintage aesthetic. They even had Moana playing on a very retro tv. Super cute decor! The drink menu is surprisingly big with a lot of variety. I immediately went for the iced chocolate banana latte which came out almost immediately. Worth the wait. The drink had the perfect sweetness and strongness of the coffee. I think it has 2 shots of espresso to balance out the sweetness. Almost tasted like a dark chocolate drink! Loved every sip and can't wait to come back.
